Privacy policy
This policy explains how Casino Kingdom, the operator of casinokingdomm.com, handles personal information. We are an independent review website about online casinos, not a gambling operator, so the data we hold is limited. This policy is governed by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, overseen by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz). Our privacy contact is [email protected].
What we collect
If you email us or use a contact form, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. As you browse, our analytics and server logs may record your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. We do not collect casino account logins, passwords, payment-card numbers or identity documents, we never need them, so we never ask.
Why we use it
We use your message to reply to you. We use analytics to understand which reviews are useful and to fix problems on the site. We use server logs for security and to keep the site running. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles ourselves.
Cookies and third parties
We use a small number of cookies, explained in full in our cookie policy. Some third-party services we rely on, analytics and affiliate-tracking providers, may set their own cookies. Affiliate networks may record that a click came from our site so a casino knows where a referral originated; this is covered in our affiliate disclosure.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your query and any follow-up. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Your rights under the Privacy Act 2020
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a correction, and to ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe the Act requires. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Security and contact
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to it is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum on purpose. For any privacy question, reach us through the contact page or the privacy address above.
